The objective of Quality Assurance (QA) is to provide and continuously improve quality products and services. QA also provides a documented and repeatable system for ensuring quality in each proposed business area. Our commitment to ensuring quality products and services is evident in all of our projects’ compliancy to Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications.

Our comprehensive team commitment to quality assurance reduces risks impacting products or services, ensures contract stability and longevity, and provides established guidelines for risk and problem management. The C3 Systems’ Quality Management Team governs quality standards for each project. Each project will have unique quality standards and processes tailored in accordance with our overarching Corporate Quality Policy which results in consistently high quality products and services with definitive methods for problem resolution.

The project key personnel will have direct input into the creation of the Quality Assurance Plan and in the scheduling of quality assurance activities. This level of participation in the development of the plan by the key project personnel helps ensure that quality is built into the project’s schedule from the beginning and fosters the key message that quality is the responsibility of the entire team. In addition, the C3 Systems Quality Management Office (QMO) is responsible for monitoring and reporting project quality across all process areas and will provide direct oversight and staff to support each task.
