Charles M. Thomas
Charles is the founding owner of Consummate Computer Consultants System, LLC and currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to establishing C3 Systems, Charles spent seven years working in the world of technology and Federal government contracting. Early in his career, Charles realized that establishing strong relationships, making good first impressions and treating customers and co-workers alike with respect and dignity opens many doors and creates unique business opportunities.
In 2003, fortified with a vision of Innovation, Integrity, and Ingenuity, Charles started C3 Systems, as an independent contractor. Today, C3 Systems is one of the fastest growing companies in North America awarded the Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500TM and INC:5000 in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Charles credits C3 Systems’ continued growth and success to highly skilled and professional employees and a corporate culture of collaboration.

Beth is an established Business Development, Capture Manager, Sales, Account Manager and Operations, with over 14 years of experience. She has over 9 years of federal business development, research and analytical skills pursuing, identifying and capturing contracts. Beth’s expert knowledge of FAR, CCR, FPDS, GSA, Govwin, USSpending, and connecting with federal contracting officers, attributes to her overall success.
Shipley Associates Capture and Business Development certified, Beth Kebede is a Young Executive Development Program participant for federal appropriation process. She went to school for Business Administration and attended both Howard University and Trinity University. Her management philosophy is to lead by example, create a cohesive team, and provide an understanding of the evolving federal environment for the success of C3 Systems.

Yomi Jones is an accomplished and dynamic finance professional with over 14 years of experience in Strategic Planning, financial reporting and analysis.
He brings a knowledge base across multiple industries including securities and financial markets, logistics and supply chain management, government contracting with expertise in systems implementation and process improvement; Thorough understanding of FAR, DFAR, CAS. He is a Graduate of Howard University with a degree in Economics.
